Not even sure what this is called, but I assume they are doing it with PHP.
We have members who use our template for a website. The website comes with an admin area. We want important announcements to be shared with all members using our website. Kind of like WordPress does with an upgrade announcement.
Is this done via PHP? Is there a script out there that anyone knows of?
