Load () page error in PHP - PLEASE HELP

I am having trouble getting a file in php to load the following file.  The error I get is:

Load Page () /home/bestdoo/public_html/go/addons/signup/template/signup_edit_listings.html not found

but when you cut and paste this below into a browser, the template shows up.  Any ideas?  This code is part of an add_on for OR Realty and all the other functions appear to be working (including paypal verification) but the addons_signup_edit_ppl_listing function is not working.
